How We Work

Before we initiate a search, we meet with the executive leadership, staff, and key Board members to make certain that we have a thorough understanding of the culture, systems, and operation of our client organizations.  This insures that our candidates are a good cultural fit.

The Search Counsel then prepares a list of organizations to be targeted based on similarity in culture and compensation.  Our clients can also submit any list of organizations that they would like included in our prospect research.

An anticipated time-line for completion is delineated in the next tab: “When: Our Time Line.”
